1. Introduction & Legal Basis

This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions upon which a place is offered at The Vantage – A British Curriculum School ("the School"). By proceeding with enrolment — including payment of any fees or commencement of online attendance — Parents shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms in their entirety by conduct. Such acceptance is legally binding under the Contract Act 1872 of Pakistan.

2. Accuracy of Information

Parents warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Any material misrepresentation constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate withdrawal of the offer of admission.

3. Parental Obligations

Parents undertake to: (a) regularly access the School's VLE platform; (b) provide all materials, equipment, and a suitable home study environment at their own cost; (c) ensure the student's punctual attendance at all scheduled live sessions; (d) ensure adequate internet connectivity — the School bears no liability for the student's home technology or internet access; (e) notify the School promptly of any absence via the prescribed Absence Form on the VLE.

4. Enrolment Deposit

An Enrolment Deposit is payable upon acceptance. It is fully refundable without interest only if: the student completes a full academic year; the student is formally withdrawn at the conclusion of that year; and a written refund claim is submitted within 90 days of the session's conclusion. The Deposit is forfeited in its entirety upon mid-session withdrawal under any circumstances. Any refund claim must be submitted within 90 days of the academic session's conclusion — failure to claim within this period results in automatic and irrevocable forfeiture.

5. Fee Payment & Late Payment

All fees must be paid by the due dates on the invoice. Failure to pay entitles the School to suspend access and/or exclude the student. Fees outstanding for 60 or more consecutive days may result in formal deregistration. A late payment penalty of USD 1.00 per day applies after the due date, capped at USD 20.00 per invoice. This penalty is applied automatically and cannot be waived.

6. Withdrawal Policy

A minimum of 30 days' written notice is required via the School Leaving Form. All outstanding fees are payable up to the later of the student's last day or the expiry of the notice period. No academic records, SLC, or documentation will be released until all dues are settled in full.

7. Academic Integrity & AI Policy

All submitted work must be the student's own original work. Plagiarism, cheating, or submission of work generated wholly or substantially by artificial intelligence without prior written authorisation is treated as a serious breach and may result in expulsion.

8. Behaviour & Discipline

The Principal and School Leads have full authority over disciplinary matters. Students must demonstrate respect for peers, teachers, and the learning environment at all times. The School reserves the right to take disciplinary action up to and including expulsion.

9. Force Majeure

The School shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control including internet disruptions, natural disasters, pandemics, government action, or armed conflict. No fee refunds are obligated in respect of force majeure disruptions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from these Terms.
